Goods still not arrived and no communication as to when

After being offered an alternative item because the one we wanted wasn't in stock, we accepted and then a few days later when I chased to find out where it was I was told it was delayed by the courier. Only for when it did finally turn up three days later, to see it was dispatched the day before it arrived!

Very poor product. Will not lie flat, keep having to cut it down every few days. Laid according to instructions approx. A month ago.
