Product ordered said was in stock, paid for it then got an email saying it was not..... but you still charged my card. poor business model..... if you ever do send it will likely be the last order

Cord I paid for does not work

The site said ships in 14 days which was fine the next day I got an email saying 20-30 which would take me past my husbands birthday. Then it took days to get my money back. Not impressed with the customer service and that they still haven’t changed the site either. They didn’t care that it was a different timeframe at all.

I placed an order on 8/2, on 8/3 I received an e-mail that the product was out of stock and you would notify when shipped, see below. I have been waiting patiently, as every body has trouble with inventories in the current climate, I get it! But to get a request for a review and I don't even have the product, and have paid for it, you have to be kidding me! What did you expect for a review? Thank you for your order!
