The product that I ordered was in stock and shipped quickly. I had priced the same product on several different other online suppliers and Columbia offered the best deal! This is the second time that I have ordered from Columbia and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Product was damaged during shipping. I called when it was not delivered and a new was immediately shipped. The second shipment was received and was it perfect condition. Fantastic customer service!!!
