The gloves I odered were old and defective, Getting a refund was difficult as I had to talk to 3 different people before resolution. One of your reps hung up on me. "easy refund" tab on your home page did not work as I got "this item is not refundable."

Service was good and responsive, but I was never able to receive what I ordered because of a shipping error, and lack of inventory. Can't get product at all now.

Indicated item was in stock, didn’t ship and still have not received it 2 weeks later.

I ordered five bags of Squincher sugar free and received four sugar free and one with fruit punch regular. It had 8 packets in it and sugar free has 50. Not much quality control.

it took them two months to actually tell me that the amount require is bigger, so they can process my order. very disappointed.
