I received 4 of 5 items. All we listed in stock. Charged for all. Last Item remains on back order. No new communication on status.

The fall protection harness I ordered was out of stock. I received an email stating it would be a direct ship from the vendor and I would receive shipping info from them. That was back on the 31st and I’ve received nothing. No follow up from you either. So, where’s the harness?
