Ordered 2 quarts of zingasolve however Columbia Safety was unable to fill the order because it was out of stock and the supplier was out of stock too. Someone called me to see if I would like to replace it with compatible item but I declined. He was very apologetic and said to contact Zinga directly to see if I would able to use a different thinner for their product which I did, I'm still waiting for Zinga's reply. I'm so impressed with their customer service. Never have I been contacted directly by phone for an order via the internet usually they send an email. Awesome customer service,👍👍👍
