They didn't have the item I ordered online in stock apparently. So they called the manufacturer and they shipped it directly to me. That's customer service at its finest

This vendor did everything right. From their website to delivery. However, crescent product isn’t the same quality as they once were. Tools are cheaper and the molded tool case does hold the shape tools securely.
