Haven’t put Thru the text of time but seems to work well

This tie in various lengths is all we use - our application is outdoor windscreen. We have found that the quality and longevity of these ties make it a better value than cheaper competitors in the long run.

No customer service. Three times I was told they would have someone call me back to answer my questions. Three times I got nothing. Needed some info and help to order different ties. Not super happy with the product cause it was a little harder to insert than what we needed. So we had questions and wanted to try another one. But never could cause needed info. But mostly unhappy with the lack of customer service. They delivery was quick and no issues there. Just no help.

This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I've encountered in a very long time. Rude staff, zero willingness to help, false advertising, playing games with customers, and lying through their teeth along the way. Buyers beware, save yourself a major aggravation and stick to the known companies that are reputable.
