The first time I used this site, it was a nightmare. The shipping was delayed and they ultimately ended up delivering my stuff to the wrong address. Luckily, the neighbor turned my package into our association manager's office, so I was able to get the package back, but I was so angry. So I was really hesitant to use these people again when the time came around to reface my bathroom vanity cabinets. But I held my nose and took a chance because they were the only site that had the doors and drawer fronts I needed at a reasonable price and with free shipping. Thankfully, it was much better the second time around. Not only did the items come on time and in pristine condition. They were also delivered on the exact day of the estimated delivery date I'd been given. I don't know who's managing this group now, but kudos to them. I'm so relieved my gamble worked out for the better this time.
