I haven’t received the item I bought or any email responses about the order.

Haven’t got it yet and this survey is the only communication I’ve gotten since my order 19 days ago

Had ordered 1 1/4 plug cutter didn’t see it for two weeks so I called to find it the person I talked to said he would call and let me know the status never called back so I let a day go by and called again and Chris answered he followed up and got back to me said the manufacturer was to weeks behind on the cutter so he got me a replacement cutter works great , thanks Chris for your service

Need some sort of feedback if parts are backordered. No communication without the customer asking status is unacceptable.

Never was notified product I ordered was on backorder, until I emailed.
