Is taking too long to receive my order

I ordered the Origin Plate mid- December which you had advertised as in stock. You then communicated that it was back ordered. At least you communicated, which I appreciate. But then you said it is on its way, that was over a week ago. I haven’t yet received this tool. I’m starting to get concerned.

My review is a little one-sided seeing how I have not even received my purchase yet, or an update on where it is so far.

They were awesome very personable and got my drills sent out the next day and I got them within a week from Rhode Island to Arizona

I bought a tool a month ago, never got an email, never got confirmation, still haven't gotten the tool. When I called in they said it would be in any day, I am sure that is dewalts fault but there is some irony in the review email being my first independent contact from them. . . .
