Fast delivery, good packaging, fair pricing . . . will do business with again . . ..

I've never ordered from Burns before, but rest assured, I will again. Not only did they have the best pricing on the workbench I ordered, but it was also delivered way ahead of schedule. I was expecting a delivery time of weeks, and they delivered it within days.

Very much appreciated the personal service and follow up. Nice to see such a devoted small business.

From the whole of the Internet (including numerous household names), who'd have thought that the one place to have exactly what I needed in stock -- at the best price, no less -- and be able to deliver it (for free!) the very next day would be a shop I'd never heard of in Fall River, MA? Well now I know...and Burns Power Tools will be my first stop from now on.

As expected
