All my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly despite it being a holiday weekend when I made my purchase. My purchase was shipped out the same day Burns Tools received it and shipping from Burns Tools to my doorstep took a day less than anticipated. Burns tools was also the only store I could find that had a left handed version available, as well as having the lowest price while also offering free shipping. I would not hesitate to order from Burns Tools again.
