Did not get an order confirmation email for 1 week. Order status on page did not give activation code once purchase was completed. Could not reach customer support either via email or phone or via PayPal payment email. Will not purchase again.

I purchased Quickbooks desktop pro 2021 download version by using paypal in the amount of $269.99 from the website of https://bighometax.com. After two hours, I received an email from bighometax.com with the license number and the product number. I followed the instructions and I downloaded the Quickbooks desktop pro 202. When I put the given license number and the product number, the activation could not be fully completed in order to access and use the Quickbooks. I reached out to the support found in the website bighometax.com by phone, no answer. The phone kept ringing and later hanged up on me. I wrote an email to the support, no reply. I send an email to the seller requesting the refund , no response either. The seller, Mr. Jim Lampard, got paid fully by paypal and his product is a scam and corrupt. I felt I was robbed by him . The seller refused to cooperate with me either to solve the issue of the software or to refund me the problem. He simply ignored me. I need full refund

I need help to download software but no response. I had to purchase from other company.

Couldn’t get the program to install properly and tried calling they would never answer. I am in the process of contacting PayPal to get a full refund. Stay away from big hometax.com

I have emailed, no working email, I have called, the number is not a working number, I had to claim this through PayPal and they couldn't get in contact either. Says its completed and I haven't received anything! No tracking number or anything!
