the download does not work

I asked for a refund since the product was only good for a new user and I was renewing the product. No one reached out to me.

Software was not for existing Quicken customers but not shown on website as new quicken customers only. Seller has not contacted me back after I sent message on website as well as tried to call him but phone does not go anywhere.

I bought quicken deluxe when I tried to activate it it says it is starter version and would not work for those who were using it before. When I wrote to the custoemr service no body responded.

I was sold a product that has already been deactivated and Quickbooks security team is now investigating. I am so sad that people live to scam hard working people just trying to make a living.
