Poor door quality and oppressive/non-existent ability to return product. Would stay away, far, far away.

Shipping process has been very slow and the product arrived damaged from Shipping

Door was of good quality, but shipping was almost as much as the door. Then if it doesn't work you have to pay shipping back and a restocking fee besides!

Ordered wrong size, tried to cancel before shipment. I was told it's not possible, door shipped days later. now I have a useless expensive door

Really Bad Customer Service They never replace it or refound the money. Right size but defective hinges 24"x48" DO NOT NEVER INSTALL BEFORE CHECK THE DOOR CONDITION.
