The display lamps in store, of the ones I’d bought online looked different colouring to what I’d expected. The lady Beacon lighting Midland went out her way to show me the colouring of both lamps I’d purchased to ensure they were correct & that I still liked them. I love them! Tks for the great service.

Great service at my local Becon

For two months I have been searching for a specific lighting solution in my house. I was looking for a track light spot system in my lounge room, the spot lights field of light being adjustable, to highlight 4 artworks on the 4 walls. This journey of discovery and learning has taken me to my local Beacon Lighting store at Burleigh Heads QLD on several occasions and it is there that I experienced the amazing service, support, advice and patience provided by Laura, Kelly and another young woman whose name I failed to note. My quest also took me by phone to the Melbourne Warranty desk where again I had the most amazing service, support, advice and patience provided by Amber, Sam and Ron. My third destination was the fulfillment centre at Jindalee in Queensland, and it was Karen who this time provided the amazing service, support, advice and patience. I keep using the words amazing service, support, advice and patience but I can think of no better way to describe what I have experienced no matter what part of the Beacon Business I was dealing with. And yes, after two months the Huston II track lights were the solution to my lighting quest but I got there only because of the amazing people at Beacon Lighting who helped me on my journey. Well done and thank you Beacon. It was a pleasure doing business with you. Favourite Part. It has an adjustable field of light from 60 degrees down to 10 degrees plus an adjustable colour of light from virtual daylight down to a soft yellow light. Amazing.
