What a swiz!!

I bought a torch. Not bothered opening it yet. Nearly£7 postage! Not even like it is heavy. Shan't be buying from them again, even if the torch is okay - must say though as the parcel is light and thin so don't hold out much hope. I didn't order a candle.

Stressful Experience

I purchased a five litre container of Sikkens release fluid, which arrived badly packaged and leaking. I reported it immediately, and sent photos in a separate email. There was no response. Sent further emails- no response. Finally advised I would pursue my complaint via PayPal - no response. Therefore had no option but pursue via PayPal. BC profiles refunded the carriage charge, which is what I claimed for. Good job I paid via PayPal.

DOES NOT RESPOND

Absolutely diabolical customer service. Ordered 14 drainage channels, two arrived broken. I have rang their phone number 8 times, no one answers. I have sent 6 emails and no response. What can you do with a company like this who you cannot even communicate with?
