Good service and product

It was fine.

I ordered 2 recessed manhole covers but only received 1 i emailed customer service and to be fair I received the second one with no fuss 2 days later

Delivery time was good, product fantastic. Big problem is at 80 years old I had to carry a 28 kilo drum up 27 stairs as the delivery driver didn't even ring my doorbell. If he had come empty handed he could have saved a lot of problems for himself and more so me. The drum would only have to been moved a yard into my garage, which is where he parked and walked past. Other than that the product is great value for money.
