Was contacted by e-mail as the water proofer I had ordered was unavailable so was given the next available one, which was more expensive but was given it for the lower price👍. The only reason I've put 4 stars and not 5 was because I never got an answer to my question of whether they ship abroad, or will after brexit. All in all, very pleased and will be using them again...in the hope of giving 5 stars next time.

The old BC company has gone and the new BC is a Phoenix rising from the ashes. From a selfish perspective, I am happy about this as I find it a breath of fresh air to have a motorhome company that I can talk to on the same level and what's more, they listen. As a long time motorhomer, I have experienced the good, the bad and the ugly of motorhoming, both here and abroad, but I am pleased that BC is my local go to dealer. Calum, John and the rest of the team are attentive, keen and enthusiastic, and as a new company I am glad to to say that I am received as a valued customer rather than a pain. So Calum, John, and the girls in reception and the guys in the workshop, I hope you can maintain this very good start to your new company and I wish you all the best for a long future.
