Excellent coating. Used to waterproof the shed felt roof. Easy to apply. Two coats were enough to make it watertight. Keep any leftover paint, as it will be useful to deal with micro cracks which may appear if the area to be coated is exposed to the sun(south-facing garden). Would recommend this product.
