Shipping was a bit slow, but when I called for the status update, a friendly employee quickly got on the computer and checked. The ESAB Ruffian 150 cover that I had ordered had been shipped from ESAB but not made it to Baker yet. He said it was expected “tomorrow morning”, and if it showed up early enough, he’d have it shipped the same day. He fulfilled his plan the next day, and in a couple more, I received it! Drop shipping straight to me from the ESAB warehouse would have seemed the way to go, but I’m sure they had reasons. Very happy with their customer service! Will definitely do business with them in the future!
