She forwarded many appropriate choices online and fedexed actual samples which allowed us to choose the best vinyl plank click install which met our style, color and technical criteria. Justine was so helpful, professional and followed through on every aspect of the transaction, including the truck shipment to New York City without any issues. The flooring does not disappoint, it is just as great as it was online. As having it in person, my rap Nelson was excellent spent. Many hours with me going over product sending me samples and at the end helped me decide the best flooring that was for me. He was both knowledgeable and very easy to work with great suggestions on moving forward with the flooring. I was very happy to have work with him. Third time to order from Build Direct of the same item to floor my entire home. Blended nicely over a span of a few years. Strong product, quickly laid, quality finish, easy to maintain. If I had more square footage, I'd probably buy more.
