I needed to find hardwood that matched the rest of the house as part of a kitchen remodel. From the moment I ordered the samples (FREE!) to the time I ordered (also with free holiday shipping), the customer service was extremely attentive and followed up to ensure I received the material on time. Shipping was extremely fast and the product is beautiful. Would not hesitate to do business with BuildDirect again.

The free shipping was appreciated.
