Your products are high quality and beautiful. I would definitely recommend to my family.

This is my third time ordering from build direct. I am very pleased with my experience and Justine who assisted me throughout the process. I received the flooring samples quickly and Justine emailed me the final quote where I easily processed the order. The follow up shipping communication was timely. Very pleased

Samples were clean, organized and arrived quickly. . . almost too easy. I got exactly what I needed, when I needed it most!

Everyone was helpful in keeping me informed for the whole delivery process.

Very fast shipping and excellent customer service! Highly recommend
