Very responsive and informative.

Emery was very knowledgeable and efficient in satisfying my questions but the client went with a ta tally different product.

Everything worked so smoothly. Mila was our sales person and we had a HUGE ice and snow storm and she was able to get our shipment delayed until the driveway was accessible. The floor is now installed and absolutely beautiful. Nothing was damaged in shipment, delivered exactly on time. This was a wonderful process, and we would encourage everyone to give #BuildersDirect a try!

On the customer service side it was great! They follow up with you and work with getting you great pricing. Will let you know how it goes when I finally get the product and its installed!
