Customer service is off the charts even as I change my mind about if to try another sample

Customer service was great. Materials were packaged well. The delivery was great.

Great experience with the consultant calling about my order for a sample. She asked some great questions and sent me a lot of wood samples to help me make the best decision. And I haven't even met the sales person to help measure and make final commitment.

Professional, good shipping

Looking forward to having Beautiful floors!!
