gritty feeling. This one feels great and is reasonably priced. This vinyl plank flooring is perfect for what I have in mind.

Justine was responsive and everything came on time!

We have ordered from Build Direct twice now, back in 2020 and this year most recently. Emery from the Build Direct team went out of her way to provide incredible customer service and ensuring we got the best deal possible on our order. Thank you Emery!

We are building a new home, and looking for a flooring choice. The idea of having water resistant 'wood' flooring is very attractive. I have put in engineered wood flooring before, but the idea of a hybrid material, with a wood wear surface and a stone-plastic composite- sounded attractive. The samples came quickly and we were able to choose one that we think will work. So far, we are very happy with build direct. I have purchased building material from them before, and have always had a good experience

I got the samples quickly and they were the ones I ordered. Thanks!
