They were very easy to deal with and shipped out very fast. Great company to work with.

I was very pleased with the product and the customer support. I had some unique issues with my installation and was on the phone with costumer service a few times. They were very helpful. My wife and I love the product and the install was fairly simple.

Fast and efficient. Glad I went with Cable Bullet.

So very helpful getting me out of a bind that I created. Sent extra parts to ensure I had choices and enough to overcome problems that I had created just days before inspection. It passed!

I made a couple errors on the project and had to use new crimp ends. I didn’t have any extras so a quick call to Service solved the problem. She sent me a sample kit which gave me the extra pieces I needed. I wish I had known about that when I first ordered. It’s easy to make mistakes so it’s important to have a few extra crimp ends.
