Loved the product and the customer service! 10/10!!

I made a change midpoint in one of the projects I was doing. I switched from top mount posts to side mount. I dealt with Josiah on the return which was slightly over the 90 day period. He was very cordial and helped me through the return process. Good customer service is invaluable to the success of a company. Love the product.

I started off with some reservations. This is not an inexpensive choice. Every stage of this purchase was excellent. I received help with the design layout and parts list. The shipment arrived two days faster than I was expecting. The packaging was superb. Every component was perfect and the quality is absolutely flawless. The fact that everything was so perfect made the installation a breeze. This system is to cable railing systems as Apple is to phones. The cost is way more reflected in the product than I could have imagined. Already have my next project laid out with this. Six stars from me !!!!!!!!
