Overall excellent. Customer service representative was very patient as I asked a lot of questions to make sure I had the exact replacement as getting the old part out and the new part in was very difficult and I wanted to do it only once.

We really loved the quality of the drawer slides as well as the help we received when we were trying to install them. We will come back if we need any other products for our home.
