i thought i was ordering a snow shovel when i was accually ordering a crossbar handle.the way it was presented on the page made me think it was the whole shovel.my bad i guess but to troublesome to return.i was wondering why the price was too good.oh well.

shipping---fine, no damage, on time selection---just fine, no problems finding and choosing what I needed. Packaging---again, no complaints. The only complaint I have is the $10 shipping charge. There was no way it cost you that much to ship to me. It amounted to 1/3 the total cost :(

I received a defective sprayer and the customer service is telling me that it is not eligible for returns.

This sprayer leaked badly the first time I used it. Leaked from the lid and the gaskets where the hoses enter the top of the tank. Then after one use, the valve controlling the system pressure failed (cheap plastic) and sprayed solution everywhere including on me. I had to replace the valve with a heavy duty brass version. I would not buy this product again!
