After using Shars for over a decade now, I don't even worry about whatever I order from them anymore. I have had NOTHING but positive experiences with Shars. The one time I received an item (lathe chuck) that had a small, non functional issue. . . it took 1 phone call and Shars made it right. I like Shars Tool for our machine shop's tooling. They have a fine selection, orders come in a timely manner and are always packaged securely. I've needed customer service from time to time and I can honestly say they are responsive and friendly.
