Good quality tools, batteries seem to last forever between charges. Only having to have one battery system is a great feature. Good prices; speedy shipping.

This was a gift for a novice and they are enjoying it.

Shipped quickly. One issue was that it shipped in a branded box, so if I hadn't been home when it arrived it would have been sitting on my porch for anyone to see. That aside zero complaints.
