Credit Card Verification

My order was not processed. Was not told why until i emailed customer service and was told my cc could not be fully verified. Was partially verified but due to the companies high fraud rate my cc was determined to be invalid. Use that card repeatedley for many business purchases without issue so might suggest that their high declination rate of 50% may be due to their screening protocols and not fraud.

delivery

ordered, expected to deliver and then an email that the delivery is delayed. No idea when the item is coming. I understand items get delayed but a delivery date would be nice. if to late I might as well cancel my order and get it somewhere else.

Missing Specification Sheet Ref. Part# 5KC49PN2521Y 1.5 HP MOTOR

I could not download specification sheet from your website. However, I was able to find the information from the manufacturer. The inability to readily download "Spec Sheets," caused considerable delay. Nevertheless, due to a respected recommendation, I choose to purchase the electric motor from your company. I hope I am not disappointed when the product finally arrives.

Trying to purchase grinding wheels and accessories

This was the first time dealing with your business and the first time trying to find the product that I needed. I had already called Norton and was given your business to contact. I could not find exactly what I was looking for on my own so contacted your company. First person I dealt with was friendly and tried to help but we weren’t quite getting what I needed. I was told that an employee that could help was on lunch break and would call me back. I never heard from them. So I once again tried to get what I think will work on my own search. So I guess I will find out when my order arrives and I try to use what I purchased. I would have felt better if someone with experience with the product we’re guiding my purchase. Anyway, if what I bought doesn’t work then I may have just thrown out about $200. Not likely to mention your business to others that may need tech help like I was needing. Sincerely Daniel Hipsher
