I placed an order for light bulbs based on the picture showing a medium base. I called to check on the order because your website said my password was wrong. The person I spoke to looked up the order and found that the picture was wrong. He cancelled the order for me and I have already gotten the credit. So in a way it was a very positive experience, but it could have been a pain to return the items when I found out they were not as represented.

Had no problem finding what I was looking for.
