Shipping to expensive

the website picture of the shaviv SV-29 does not look exactly like what I rec'd. it is close, and will work, but needs an updated picture. The difference is the black cap on the end is not there on the one I got. You have to take the top apart to get to the spare blades.

Shipping was too long.

I recently made a purchase of needed cutting tools. My order was processed promptly and delivery was timely. The web site is very easy to navigate and check out is a breeze. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had to call to get a printable receipt of my transaction.

Easy to navigate website. The way they sent the packages was kinda weird. One came in USPS. The other shiped UPS. With only tracking for the UPS one given. Other than that no real big issues products were as described and function as advertised.
