Hello The chair is amazing, really good quality, and as comfy as a comfy thing and a great build. Absolute 10/10 Loads of communication from ordering to delivery If i was to be super picky i would say these things but in no way will it stop me using swivel again. in fact im going to order some stools -the email style/font/design for communication is a bit outdated -got three emails saying courier would contact me, but they didnt till they were outside -update your twitter!!
