Ordered some more chairs to go with the ones that I already had. Even though courier's lorry broke down, communication was excellent and my beautiful chairs were still delivered on the day promised.

Excellent delivery timescale but problems with actual delivery. Had to phone delivery agent to get the chair delivered on scheduled day as driver took the delivery to completely the wrong address and said there was no answer. Chair is exactly as I expected and really good but tiny mark on back rest which is annoying, probably cannot be seen by casual user but I am aware of it

Really liked the quality of the wood and leather swatches. Hoping to make a purchase of the chair I like in the New Year
