Initially very firm but this mattress is so comfortable and supportive. Delivery was quick and efficient, packaging was minimised and the mattress was just fab.

A great company to deal with once you get use to their office hours. We cannot fault the 4 mattresses we bought but have one comment. We expected full size mattresses to arrive. . . and were pleasantly surprised that they were each in a box about 4 feet high and a foot square! Such clever packaging. The excitement of unrolling them was immense! Anyone with limited access these are perfect. Highly recommend the product and the company. helen

Exelent product very comfortable sleep like babies

Had my mattress for just over a month and very pleased with the product so far. This was one of the more expensive mattresses I researched but worth it. Have gone from having trouble with my neck and back to pain free in a few days. The mattress is very comfortable, at first I was concerned the floating top layer would make it feel too soft, but you still get good support and firmness. Ordering and delivery was easy. Paid extra for to have the old mattress taken away. This is a great option to have to save hassle and time.

I didn't have to deal with the service, so i can't comment on that. But shipping was flawless and I'm really happy with my purchase: I bought the eve mattress that won mattress of the year 2020 and certainly haven't regretted it!
