Delivery was excellent and as planned, instructions easy to follow to get mattress out and unrolled, followed by a fairly enjoyable spectacle as the mattress inflates! Mattress itself isn't too hot as some of a similar type can be, and provides very good support - would describe it as medium/firm, which although being used by two lighter/smaller sleepers, works well as we sleep on our front. Very pleased with the product and the ease of the service.

The ordering process on the website was really easy and my orders actually arrived early which was great. Really like my topper. It’s helping my back and I’m getting a better nights sleep.

Love our mattress, was nervous about taking the plunge but so glad we did! Bit firm at first but so comfy once you adjust!

Pillow has really helped with neck pain

Two years ago I ordered a Simba mattress, I had terrible service and a bad back and eventually got a refund. I was nervous about ordering another multi layer mattress but so far my experience of Eve could not be more different. Delivery was quick, convenient (even during covid) and the mattress is literally a dream 😴😴 - very happy customer!
