Easy to order, arrived when they said it would. The couriers were polite and wearing PPE. The only disappointment was that we couldn't choose to have our old mattress taken away, but we were able to donate it for reuse.

So far so good. Had our premium hybrid 5 weeks so a bit too early to judge. However I was suffering with leg ache at night with my last mattress and this has gone! This is looking like money very well spent.

A good quality mattress and it fits my baby's cot perfectly (70x140). Love that there's a washable cover too. When I ordered, I emailed to ask for the shipping date to be pushed back a week - quick response and no trouble for them. Great customer service!
