I wanted to return the toppa-pad but thought I’d like to get another chair - so suggested a pick up and drop off at the same time to be efficient, save resources, small footprint and all that. I had to pay for the additional chair before Noho would process the refund for the toppa. The courier came to drop off the chair so I asked if he was to pick up the toppa as well. He said he had no instructions so he left. Couple of hours later he comes back to pick up the toppa. What a waste of petrol etc! So much for conservation. Just no coordination
