The white is not really white. It is off white/cream, so just be aware. Also arrived with some dirty marks on the side which I was able to clean off mostly. The customer service and delivery is top notch and this sofa is very nice! Overall, I’m happy

Delivery was QUICK and far too good to be true. There wasn’t an option for “white glove” or door-to-door, so I erroneously assumed a vendor servicing the tri state area, full of single people in city walk-ups, had SOME kind of courtesy to get a couch into my apartment. Wrong. They plopped it in my lobby without so much as ringing my buzzer and I went through true hell getting it in. Set up was easy, and it’s cute but this couch is 1) not that that and 2) not at all comfortable for close to $700. I should’ve waited for the ikea option I really wanted.

The delivery was very late. I saw it was going to ship in two days but was told that it was laying in fedex truck for days before shipping. I had to wait till the winter storm came and bringing home the wet snow coverd box was a mess. Yes I paid extra bucks to get it earlier leaving a lesser priced same sofa only to get on time.

yes Shipping is a big problem. I ordered my sofa almost a month ago. The first few weeks FEDX told me repeatedly that it would be delivered by the end of the day and it has not come yet

I’ve received no communication in regard to my order delivery. This is a large purchase & it’s been 4 weeks with no idea where my order is or when/if it’s coming
