When choosing a “Quick-Ship” upholstery option, it says the item ships within 3-5 days...the confusion came when fave days after my purchase, there was still no notification about it shipping ever sent and so I contacted support. That’s when I was told that it can take almost up to two weeks “after shipment” to get to my home. Other than having to wait longer than expected, the couch is awesome, it looks great, it’s comfy and the quality is great too. I definitely recommend the company’s products.

We ordered a sofa from Apt2b based off of the online reviews. Unfortunately we just relied on the reviews and had it delivered to our home. We host tons of parties and we notice that everyone comments on how they like how firm the sofa is but that the back is too fluffy.. and that they automatically sink in. This causes the back pillows to become morphed easily which make it look messy. We wish they were firmer.
