Very good quality3" topper, rather soft but giving supple comfort. I was intrigued by its two sides, so called "hybrid", with one specifically temperature regulating. Unfortunately, none of the sides specifies which is which. My two letters to LUMA got very general answers. Finally, I opened the covers and "discovered" the one with some holes and figured it's the one regulating the temperature. I believe that the company has to identify each side for the sake of the customer & to prove its name. (hybrid). But of all the toppers I saw in the stores, this one is definitely worth purchasing!
