We purchased a Luma latex sleep system and love it! We chose the plush option, and it gives a good bit of support, I'm glad we didn't go with anything firmer, or it would probably be too firm for me. I have arthritis issues, and need a bit of give in a mattress on the pressure points, but also need to have strong support for my spine. This system is perfect! I am mainly a side sleeper and my husband is a side and back sleeper. The only issue we had was with the picking up of our old mattress. The company they used to deliver the new one would not take the old one and neither would the second company that was arranged. Luma ended up refunding us the $60 removal charge and we got rid of it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this mattress for those who want a firm, but comfortable mattress. The separate topper makes it nice to change out down the road, without having to change out the entire mattress.

I have slept like a baby over the past few weeks that I’ve had this mattress. Only quirk is I may have to change the firmness level, as I found the medium to be a bit more pillowy than I thought. But because of their comfort swap it’s free so I’m not worried!

So my wife and I have slept on a tempurpedic for the last 15 years. It was starting to break down so time for a new mattress. I did a ton of research because there are so many choices now. You have to be cognizant of what you are buying. I watched videos on youtube and looked at all kinds of reviews. The Mattress Underground was invaluable and that is where I found Luma. Very good materials, good warranty, good customer service, and the right combination of layers for us. We went with the Latex Hybrid Slumber System and so far couldn't be happier! Very supportive, comfortable and great customer service. We went with the medium support latex and we might go to the plush, but want to give it a bit more time. You have a full year to do the exchange on the topper, an excellent policy. Overall I can highly recommend Luma, whatever your sleep needs. Oh, and the pillows and mattress topper are excellent quality as well. To me, the pillow is the best I have had yet. Don't hesitate, because with their exchange policies there is no reason to.
