We had an issue with our mattress after about 3 years and luma lived up to their warranty and replaced it completely hassle free and at no cost to us for shipping or otherwise. The new mattress is great so far, seems to be a bit sturdier than the previous one so hoping it lasts a long time with no issues.

The quality of the materials and workmanship of this mattress pad are excellent. It exceeded my expectations and appears to be very waterproof to protect a latex mattress.

Luma offers a great product for a very reasonable price - you won't find a latex hybrid with minimum 4" of latex for this price anywhere else. The shipping was prompt, the bed arrived in great condition and it is super comfortable! I love that the comfort layer doesn't have excessive padding over the foam so you really feel the latex. Highly recommended!

We got this bed a few weeks ago and our absolutely loving it. I am a petite side sleeper and my boyfriend is a medium build back sleeper and both are both sleeping well with this bed. It is a nice mix of soft but still supportive. With this bed plus a new pillow I am no longer super sore every day. We also stayed in a hotel recently and usually I love hotel beds but I have to say I now prefer my Luma!
