I do enjoy pasta back in my life that doesn’t spike my blood sugar. Have shared the pasta bowls with my diabetes educator and she was impressed!! Thank you for a really good product at a reasonable price. I did discover I cannot have the crackers in the house!! No self control =no weight loss!! My bad; not yours!! 🙂🇺🇸
