Hello? Anybody there?

Do not bother with this site. I've sent several emails requesting the status of my order but can't get a reply. Now I'm just hoping I can contest this purchase with my credit card company.

The only time I can

The only time I can get any kind of response from your company is when you want something from me. Horrible customer service. Perhaps, I know this is going to sound crazy but maybe pretend you care about your customer. I'm not stupid and realize my small purchases neither make or break your company.

Late and leaky jars

Im not sure why they would actively sell out of stock products. This caused a huge delay in my Chile shipping. I contacted them after 2 weeks. I was told my products would ship the next day. The next day comes around and they didn’t ship. So I contact them again. I get tracking numbers. Few days go by and the product still had not shipped. I finally received my order after 3.5 weeks. Some jars came leaking as well. They weren’t broken but were leaking. The shipping here is also expensive. I have found most of the products elsewhere either locally or for free shipping. I will not be using statewide again.

Shipping was too high !

When I got to the end of the form and saw how much shipping was for two small boxes, I tried to cancel! The highest shipping of anything ordered this season. I won’t be ordering again!
